What Sheevook does

Sheevook helps you create marketing content once, tailor it per platform, schedule it, publish it through platforms you connect, and analyze the results. You run the app yourself; you own the workspace and the data in it.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish, and for its compliance with the law and with the rules of each platform you post to.
• You must have the right to connect each platform account you connect and to publish the content you publish through it. Your use of every connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and your deployment secure.
• You must not use Sheevookto publish unlawful content, to spam, to impersonate others, or to violate any platform's policies.

AI-generated output

When enabled, AI features help draft and tailor content. Generated text and media are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published. Nothing is published without your approval. AI-generated media is flagged so it can be disclosed where a platform supports disclosure, and you remain responsible for meeting any disclosure obligations that apply to you.

Analytics and measurement

Sheevook reports the metrics that connected platforms actually return and is deliberate about labeling proxy metrics as proxies. It does not fabricate results and does not present attributed figures as proven incremental impact. Analytics are provided for your decision-making and come with no guarantee of business outcomes.

Availability and third parties

Publishing and analytics depend on third-party platform APIs that Sheevook does not control. Those platforms can change, rate-limit, or remove access at any time, which may affect features that rely on them. Where a platform offers no honest API path for an action, the app says so rather than faking success.

No warranty

Sheevookis provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheevook and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
